Eat wisely: Eat 2-3 hours before class. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water. Arrive early: Come 15 minutes early to register and find your spot.

What to Bring

2 towels, a mat, and water. These can be rented at reception if needed. Wear light, breathable clothing.

During Class

Position yourself in the middle or back row. Listen to your body. Stay in the room and rest if needed. Hold off on water until the warmup is complete.
